Trainbase is a newly established premium Training Centre who strive to deliver the best quality courses, training and testing across multiple awarding bodies.
We are looking to expand our team and find a full-time Instructor/ Assessor with a wealth of background in the construction industry. They must be enthusiastic, professional and be able to deliver quality training.
A successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Cert Ed/PGCE/B Ed/M Ed
- PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS
- IQA/V1/D33/D34 Qualifications
- Tutor/ Mentoring or Train the Trainer Qualification
- Be able to deliver a range of courses from: Health and Safety courses, In‐House courses, NPORS and specialised courses.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role
- Health and safety qualification (NEBOSH General/Diploma)
- Recognised training qualification NVQ L4 in Training and Development, CIPD Certificate in Training Practice
Qualities:
- Be able to motivate and drive learners to achieve their qualifications within agreed timescales
- Desired courses to be able to deliver: PASMA, First Aid, NEBOSH, IOSH, Asbestos Awareness and Streetworks
- Maintain paperwork to the required standard
- Produce lesson plans and bespoke courses for individual companies/ clients
- Monitor Health & Safety, Equal opportunities, Safeguarding and update relevant documentation
- Represent the company at relevant events and generally supporting the Training Centre’s marketing strategy
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively
